# Antes de Criar Grupos/Adicionar Administradores

Antes de criar grupos ou adicionar administradores aos seus grupos pré-existentes, é necessário que você tenha não apenas [**aquecido o seu chip**](/central-de-ajuda/gestao-de-grupos-e-comunidades-whatsapp/aquecimento-de-chip.md), como também **aquecido o seu telefone e o telefone dos administradores entre si.**

## Como aquecer os telefones dos administradores com o meu telefone principal?

#### 👉 Primeiro passo: troquem mensagens de texto

Aqueça o seus telefones entre si enviando mensagens de texto, imagens, mensagens de voz e vídeos entre si.

#### 👉 Segundo passo: façam uma ligação de vídeo entre si

Recomendamos que o seu telefone principal e o telefone do administrador façam uma ligação em vídeo. Estipulamos que uma ligação de vídeo de pelo menos um minuto já é suficiente.

#### 👉 Terceiro passo: certifique-se de que a configuração de adição grupos esteja ativada

É necessário verificar todos os WhatsApps possuem a configuração "Quem pode me adicionar aos grupos" marcada como "todos".<br>
