# Mensagens de Saída e Entrada nos Grupos

### 1° passo <a href="#id-1-passo" id="id-1-passo"></a>

Acesse sua conta **Redirect+**. Na sua dashboard principal, clique em **"Suas campanhas"**.

### **2° passo** <a href="#id-2-passo" id="id-2-passo"></a>

Clique em **"Mensagens programadas"** no card da sua campanha ativa.

Clique em **"+ Nova ação/mensagem"** no canto direito da tela.

**OBSERVAÇÃO: Para poder programar as mensagens é necessário que exista ao menos 1 telefone cadastrado na Redirect+, em modo auxiliar.**

Selecione o tipo de mensagem, se vai ser uma mensagem de entrada ou se saída:

Ao selecionar o tipo de mensagem que vai ser programada, na tela seguinte, selecione o tipo de mensagem que ser programada, dentre as opções disponibilizadas:

Por fim informe o **conteúdo da mensagem(1)**, de acordo com o tipo de mensagem que foi selecionado, em seguida, **selecione o telefone(2)** que ficará responsável pelo envio da mensagem e então clique em **Salvar(3)**.

Pronto! A partir desse momento, sempre que um lead entrar ou sair de seus grupos, a Redirect+ fará o envio da mensagem programada para ele no privado!
