# Como ajustar minha planilha no disparo em massa?

### Primeiro passo:

Baixe a planilha teste dentro da plataforma:

Cole os dados no seguinte formato:

**ATENÇÃO: Não separe os dados em colunas diversas. A Redirect+ só reconhecerá os dados se eles estiverem na mesma coluna, separados por vírgulas.**

### Terceiro passo:

Caso você não tenha os e-mails e nomes dos clientes, pode deixar da seguinte maneira, **com duas vírgulas.**

### Quarto passo:

Caso os números venham como notação científica (padrão do Excel), a Redirect+ não reconhecerá como um número válido.

Para resolver a notação científica, selecione a coluna inteira dos números, e clique com o botão direito para "Formatas células":

Selecione "Número" e casas decimais "0" e salve.

### Quinto passo

Adicione duas vírgulas ao lado do número formatado (ambas indicam a ausência de nome e e-mail).
